hey i decided that i dont want fat stomach and thighs.. i am 135, 5'5", 9.5 stones, 61 kg, whatever. any tips to lose a little weight?
Reply from Annie, Age 12 - 03/21/01 Try to avoid food with high calories and high fat and eat foods that are lower calorie and higher protein. Find out what the fattening food are and then avoid them. I keep a count of my calories in the day and that helps me.
