My sister is really fat. She can't walk, because her legs collapse and she can barely sit up. She gets homeshooled, and she has a toilet and bathtub next to her bed so she doesn't have to walk. My parents do't care about me anymore. Seriously. I ran away for 3 nights, and when I came back they said "Have you been in your room the whole time, or did you leave to eat and go to the bathroom?" Yesterday she called me an idiot, so I called her fat. Shy started to cry and told my parents.I am now grounded for three months. They said she can't help being her size.

I am 5'5'' and I weigh 169 pounds. It is hard for me to get up and go to school every morning because I have a sister who is 4'8'' and only weighs 72 pounds. My best friend's name is Jen and she used to weigh 305 pounds. Her mom got really worried and took her to a doctor and the put her on a weight loss plan that fits her needs. She loses about 20 pounds a month. maybe your parents should do the same for your sister.
