I am 12yrs old i am 140 pounds everything I see when I come home from school the food I want to eat but I know I will gain more pounds so I just have a saladwith dressing i am in a soccer tam I am the goalie they say i am the best goalie under the age of 12 but I know the only way I block goals is because i cover the whole goal with my fat. please help

That is not true run every morning or get a paperround ok. Then also you candrink water instead of coke/lemonade or orange juice. Do exleast 0situps/pressups a day in just 2 weeks your see a diffrence i got up to 100 situps today im so happy but i have help with a pole to grab onto if i need help lol bye and goodluck
