Hi everyone. My name is Karina, and I used to be really popular where I go to school. I was thin and pretty; I weighed 100 lbs. at 5 ft. 2 inches and everyone envied me. In the past month, I've gained 25 lbs. Last week, I gained 8 lbs.! I just keep snacking 'cuz I'm really hungry! What can I do? I look really pudgy and overweight!

If you put that much weight on that quickly then you should be able to lose it just as quick. I know what you mean about snacking. I always seem to be peckish, although not really hungry. Carry on snacking but eat low calorie snacks and fruit. I used to eat loads of fattening snacks and I was getting really big but then my mum stopped buying them and bought healthier snacks instead. Also you can eat things like carrots and low calorie dip, apples.
