Some of you people think that your fat and you just weigh 130-150. Im FAT im 220, can you believe that. Jesus Christ, what would I give to be 130. I've tried but I just can't.
Reply from Katie, Age 14 - 05/26/01 First of all you can do this!!!! It just takes a lot of work and effort. YOu need to drink lots of water and exericse and you need to tkae everything you eat and cut it in half. If you want more advice you can email me at katiebug2187@hotmail.com
Reply from Susan, Age 16 - 05/24/01 I know that you are thinking that you are fat, but you know what maybe there was more people that was fatter then you, the true is that those people now was lose there weight from more to less.( I will not tell from how many lb to how many lb.) But you know how they are do it, they are choose to do more exersise, but exersise will not work if you don't "STOP EATING", you know what I mean you need to stop eating the snack, I know that was fat, but if you want to lose weight then you need to stop eating those snack, like chip, chocalete or something that was cost you fat. Okay, now. Good Luck!

Reply from Sue, Age 40 - 05/18/01 Regarding other post, 900 calories is way too low for a growing 15 year old and very difficult to maintain but it sounds like you do need to reduce your calories. Exercise, drink more water, watch the fat content and if you get hungry fill up on fruit and veg. My 12 year old daughter maintains her weight on about 1500 calories a day but you should lose weight on 1200 to 1400 easily.
Reply from josh, Age 15 - 05/17/01 The only way is to cut down on what you eat, drink plenty of water, and excercise. Try everyday, to not eat anymore then 900 calories or so, and try to get as little "fat" calories as possible. Try to eat foods with very little or no saturated fats. Even a little bit of excercise is better then none, and don't keep thinking about going on a diet, and don't get discouraged by thinking,"it will take too long", so what, a year or two from now when you are looking at yourself thinking, "Wow!", then you will be glad you lost the weight. =)
