What am I going to do? I weigh 111 lbs, and I am only 5 ft tall. My doctor says that I am just about normal in weight, but I feel like all of my friends are so much skinnier than me ad I want t be just like them.I have no idea what i should do, I mean i always eat healthy food and during the week I dont have lunch or breakfast. I am not anerexic, but I need a way to lose weight!!! And with camp comming soon, I want to be in shape. Maybe you have a little extra fat on you but hardly none. Don't try to loose weight if your doctor said not to worry about it.You could do more harm than good.

Skipping meals could be one of the problem with losing the weight. You dont want to skip meals cause it can cause you to actually gain more weight cause your metabolsim isnt working fast enought to burn when you do eat!!

You are in no way fat if you are 111 pounds!! I was 5'2" and weighed 115 when I was about 13, and I wasn't SKINNY, but I felt GREAT!!!

First thing. You'll never be as skinny as your friends. It all depends on our genetics. If you lose weight the sensible way, that it, eating right AND exercising, you're going to have more muscle than they are, and you are going to look bigger. That doesn't mean that you're fat. Second, I can relate to you not eating lunch. I don't eat lunch, because... well, I don't know why. But I would suggest that you try to get SOMETHING to eat for breakfast, because that speeds up your metabolism. Think about it, you haven't eaten since last night, and you're body's starving. That why it revs up your metabolism.
I noticed that you didn't say anything about exercising, so I suggest that you start doing so if you're aren't already. Lifting weights really helps.
