i am 5'1 and 135 pounds!!! i hate my body and i really want to lose about 15 pounds this summer. also,if anyone knows a way to thin up your thighs...A LOT then please tell me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!pleeeeeeeeeeeze respond!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

during cheer when we have to shape up after summer we do these leg lifts...what you do is you stand up and raise your leg to a 90 degree angle( or as high as you can) and slowly bring it down but not all the way. do this on bolth legs. then to workout your inner thigh stand up and cross one leg over the other and lift it as high as it will go. your leg wont go so high on this one. my weight instructor i used to train with taough me a certain leg lift that tightens up your thighs and instead of them looking flabby they look trim, what you do: lay on your sid and lift you leg very slowly up and down and repeat that 10 times and turn over and do again, then bend your leg slightly and do 10 more, im pretty sure this works! love always ,

Try roller blading for your thighs. You should walk, jog, or run, or all three, every day. Some stretches might help you firm up your muscles in your legs, too. Oh, and one more thing. Don't hate your body!
