do you guys think i can lose 15 pounds in 2 1/2 months?any tips on how to lose a lot of weight around my arms and thighs? PLEASE HELP!!

Yes, you can loose it in just 2 1/2 months. Just excersize regulary and try to lay of the sweets and you'll do fine.

Yes, I think you can lose 15 lbs. in 2 1/2 months. That's a very realistic goal. I would try roller blading, walking ,and maybe running for your thighs. For your arms, I would try weight lifting. Of course, you have to eat right, too. It doesn't help to burn off calories exercising and then put it back on, or MORE, by eating unhealthy. Good luck!
