hi im 5'10.5" and i weigh 175. is it possibletolose tenpounds by the endof this month. Also howdou lose chest fat im so embarrased by my chest because it looks like i have boobs not big ones but small. im goin in to the eight grade and my classmates are so judge mental. they get pretty mean and im pretty muscular but i want to lose weight because it feels bad to be bigger than most. you can loose 10 pounds in a month but i wouldnt expect to continue at that rate 1 to 2 pounds a week is best to aim for, initially you may loose as much as 4 pounds in a week but that will slow because most of thid weight will come from excess water and the food that is already in your stomach, so dont loose hope when the initial boost stops, just stick to the diet and thing will soon start to move again, as for loosing weight off the chest, you cant spot reduce that is to say that if you loose weight you loose it all over and not in just one place, and unfortunately you will loose it from where there is most last, it will go from the arms and legs first then the body, just to warn you that even though you will be loosing weight it might not look like it at first, so dont get dissapointed and give up, good luck

Try doing push ups! Not only do they shape up the arms but they work out the chest too.

Maybe sit-ups help you loose chest fat.
