Hey guys, I need lots of help, I'M DESPERATE, I WEIGH 270, I'M 5'7', I'M HUGE, MY BMI is 43.2, I'm obese! Whats up.i'm 6ft and 216pds. I workout and eat right but i would love to get some advive from you guys to give me a better edge. I'm not lazy or anything but i broke my arm and i gained like 50pds over the summer and it was weak. I just need some good advice. PEACE
