Hi. My name is Ginny. I am 14 and 170 pounds. And I hate it! I am trying to lose wieght but it just seems like I'm gaining it. I am supposed to ride this excersizing bike every day but I hate it. So I don't ride it. I want to lose weight before school starts, because I'm starting High School. And I realy don't want to be heavy in H.S. Well, you can e-mail me at sugar225@ameritech.net. if you are not going to exercise. then please stop eating fattening foods. i have a recommended diet i worked out myself. 7 pounds lost in 2 weeks. can email me at luv_candy88@hotmail.com. k?

find an exercise you love to do and it will be soooo much easier to stick w/it!!! and of course remember to eat right so you dont gain the weight back!!! hope i helped!!
