Reply from Ali, Age 15 - 07/15/01 Don't feel bad about your weight. You are really tall for your age and you weight and height are pretty resonable for each other. Just keep active. When you start to get a food craving, do some activity. Play cards, games, or better yet exercise. As long as you feel great go for it.
