hi im 5foot 4 inches and about 222puonds i would really like to lose weight before school starts. ive tried pretty much everything and nothing doesnt seem to help im not sure what to do. all i know is that im so tired of being over weight. ive been over weight all my life. i hate going to school becouse of the mean things people always say. the hardiest part is that i just moved and when i first started this school im at some people asked if i was pregnant becouse im fat it hurts alot i always find myself crying at night please help.

hey angie evyerything will eventually get better people have made fun of me to i know it hurts a lot but before you can even think about loosing wieght you need to bulid up your self confidense and self-stem here are some tips for loosing weight if you times your weight by 12 you will find out how many calories you can eatper day without gaing weight by cutting 500 caloreis everyday youcan lose 1 lb per week make sure you at least eat 1000 calories per day and watever you do do not starve your self or eat less then that because you will slow your matabolism down and it will be even harder to loose weight also you can loose 120 calories by walking 1 mile (about 20 min.)it takes about 6 miles of walking per day 5 days a week to loose 1 llb per week i hope my advise helps you out e-mail me any time you want at Angel_1372005@yahoo.com

well, starving yourself isn't a very good way to loose weight. Although we are veryb tempted, it's not smart. What I try to do to loose weight and get thinner is: I eat little meals every 4 hours, and right after the meal I workout. Pay attention to the calories though. Make sure you don't get to carried away. You, at your height should be eating about 12,000 calories a day. So, after dinner, I run around my pool (if you don't have one don't worr, just run in the back yard or around you apt. complex, whever you might live) ant then I do a muscle workoout and streches. YOU KNOW WHAT? WHO CARES WHAT THEY SAY THEY GOT NOTHIN BETTER TO DO!! YOU JUST HAVE TO EXCERCISE! TRUST ME IT WORKS. I USED TO BE SO LAZY BUT I GOT INOT HTE HAPPIT OF EXCERCISING ANT IT WORKED!! DON'T EXPECT TO GET RESULTS REALLY FAST BUT IF YOU KEEP AT IT YOU'LL SUCCCED. START LOW LIKE "OK IM GOING TO LOSE 5 POUNDS. THEN WHEN YOU LOSE IT SET ANOTHER GOAL. Hey I just wanted to give you a little of advice. Drink a bunch of water everyday. Lay off all the sweet food and try and eat 3 healthy meals a day. u sound alot like me. ive loss 3lbs this week and im feelin great. all u have to do is cut all of ur meals in half exersize atleast 3x a week and the pounds should come off if u want anymore tips email me @cheerleaderchic_2006@hotmail.com
