Hi everyone. My name is sarah, I currenlty trying to lose 30lb, I already lost 45lb. Last time I just didn't eat and I lost all the weight. Now I am thinking about fasting or not eating at all for a week. Maybe by not eating I will loss the weight real quick. I need some help on how to go about this I know I already need to drink water all the time while doing this to keep myself hydrated. Please give me some help.

hey, my advise is never stop eating hey you know what they say you need the fat and energy to burn it. If you are really determined to lose the weight why dont you try weight watchers. never say to yourself that your going on a diet it just makes you more sick, tell your self that your going on a healthy eating program.

Word of Advice:DON'T DO IT!!!!!!! I've heard storys on the news that a lot of peeple do that and they get really sick and go to the hospital. Don't try sticking your fingure down your throught to make u throw up after u eat if u do it 2 much you'll body will get used 2 it and u will throw up uncontrolably. That could lead u 2 the hospital 2. PLEASE DON'T DO IT!!!!!
