Hey everyone! I need your help. I HAVE GOT TO LOOSE WEIGHT. I am a sophomore and I play girls soccer for my school, and even tho I feel like I am in alot more shape than I started and I have lost somewhat weight...I wanna loose inches. I thought about the whole no carb thing but as an athlete those kinda things arn't good for u. So, my question is, does anyone know of any healthy diets for athletes to loose inches without loosing their energy for the games? Plus, I wanna loose it quick within 3 wks. I drink alot of water but NOTHINg seems to help. I am 5'8 and weight 191. Please reply if ya have any suggestions. I have aol instant messenger... Like, i loose inches and gain it in muscle, and my friend looses pounds and you can also tell that she's loosing alot of weight. But i just wanted to say that you can be loosing weight but not looking it...
