i am around 5 ft 3 which is around 1.6 m... and i weigh 48 kgs which is like, 105 pounds? HELP!!!! I JUZ GOTTA LOSE weight. i have checked it out and i know that the really ideal weight for me is, like 80 pounds. i hope to regain my figure because last year i was only around 85 pounds. But, i have grown 12 cm. but i know i am fat. i have a BEEG TUMMY. as in like, 25 inches. and after i eat it EXPANDS to like, 29 inches... i am such a pig. i understand, my friend weighs 100 lbs. and she has a big tummy. well try the cabbage soup diet and youll loose about 10-15 lbs. a week ok. you can find the easy plan online and recipe

I doubt if anybody reads this...
but a note on the last note candy sent about the salt. Salt is like the WORST thing you can eat! It holds water in.. and you need to let it out of your body. Drink lots and lots of water and it'll be fine. But don't eat salt to get thirsty

i do not take snacks. even if i do, they r healthy low fat ones. i get exercise from dancing, basketball and running. i eat not alot. but i intake lots of salt. my fren told me it was better to eat more salt coz it will make you thristy and you will drink more water to fill your belly but some one else said it will absorb more water and will increase your weight. basicaly i love water. so i drink lots.

I know how you feel, a dancer that is never think that they are skinniey, I was the dancer before too, but just because I think I was fat, so I didn't went to the dancing class anymore! Then what happen is that I get more and more fat! And then I was trying to lose the weight, same as you!
But if want you could try to exercise 2hr a day, and stop eating those snack, and drink, if you wnat you could drink water, that will help too!
I try that! And it help me lose some weight! And you know what there was somethings that people says in a very wear voice that there was a ways to lose weight, that will cost less day, and lose more weight, I never try it, because I know that I can't do it, because it need to have a lot of the brave!

If you were only 80 pounds your BMI would be 14... anything less then 18 is considered underwieght

I hate to break it to you hon, but you are so far from overweight that it's not even funny... actually, in some ways it is, but only in an unhappy, cynical sort of manner... please... worry about things like petting kitty cats, and meeting boys and having fun... please stop torturing yourself.

You don't need to lose weight. Your weight is in the healthy weight range for your height. For your height you can weigh up to 129lbs.
It is normal for you to have put on weight if you have grown.
