hey everyone. I am 5'6 and weigh 137 lbs. Last summer I weighed 170. I starved myself and excersized to lose the weight. But I dont wanna do that.. Does anyone have any tips to lose about 10 pounds in a month? reply or email me at jcgurl45@yahoo.com. thanks!
Reply from monica, Age 16 - 05/16/03 - IP#: 67.87.177.xxx well im so glad that you lost that weight,but starving yourself isnt healthy at all.you should continue the exercise and try to eat healthy food,but not much.if you dont over eat and exercise you will be able to lose that 10 pounds in about 2 weeks.if you dont it is ok because it dosent how long it takes if you really want to lose that weight,but if i were you id forgot about the 10 pounds because your healthy at that age and weight.
Reply from Alesha, Age 16 - 08/03/01 You may have trouble losing ten more pounds because you did say that you starved yourself. Hopefully you have gotten over that but I say you need to wait a little while and try to maintain your weight before you start a diet. You only need to excercise about a half hour every other day to just maintain your weight.
Reply from Crystal, Age 16 - 07/29/01 Hey, I'm sorta in the same situation as you. But I'm still starving myself and I have about 20 pounds to go till sept. But to lose just 10 pounds, you dont have to stop eating, or over work yourself with exercise. Drink water, eat salads, eat angel food cakes, fruits/vegies. Theres a lot of good foods you could eat and that have no fat, just concentrate on that. And you'll lose 2-3 pounds a week.
