I've been reading a lot of your guys' messages and a lot of you seem that you're not losing weight the healthy way...like that apple a day one. You guys have to remeber that yeah you might be thin and look great for a lil' bit, but it's not gonna stay that way, cuz eventually you'll eat more than an apple a day cuz you'll be so hungry you'll binge and gain it all back. So I was wondering if anyone out there has a better, healthier way (fast if possibel) to lose weight, cuz I'm 5"1 and 130 lbs. I haven't been this heavy in a LONG time. I still kinda look the same but that's too much weight. And I usually wear a 2, and I still can, but they're really tight and this is scaring me!
