Hi. This is my first time on this site. I need help bad. I have been fat for 6 or 7 years now. I am 4'10 and weigh a huge 400 pounds. This makes me feel so sad and unhappy. So I eat. And I mean eat. When I get really unhappy I can eat 2 x-large pizzas myself. My stretche marks line my body. I have a donut sized belly butten. I need specially made cloths. I tried to find cloths at normal stores but they didn't fit. 2 years ago I was at a friend's house swimming. I put my new swim suit on and the seems exploded the seconde I bent over. I just feel so bad. Please help me. I need all the help and comments I can get.

Try eating nothing but fruits and vegetables. The fiber in them takes fat out of your body.

Hey its ok. I am short too, but i am only 5'3", and i am 230 lbs. I feel really fat, but the hti n g is is that i am not a big eater.And i try to loos weight, i mean i walk, i eat less, i eat fruits and vegies, i do situps every once in a while, and i still can not fit into cute clothes for school. I am a junior now, and i hate being this short because it always looks like i am fat. And that i have big boobs, its not funny, cuz everybody critiszes me on my boobs, and being big. They say i am just big boned, and i come from q big boned family, but i still think i am fat. So you just need to eat less. Try going on a 2000 calorie diet for the next month, with no snacks, and small meals, drink a lot of water, and drink juices. Thanx. bye. Hi,
Here is a tip i picked up the other day.If you are unhappy with yourself and eat to make up for it you should get a hobby (no offense but not eating).Okay when you start to think about picking up a donut or a pizza you should go and start doing things that have to do with your hobby(here are some ideas for your hobbys exercising,writing stories, going on the internet to surf,read books,go outside and shoot some hoops (basketball),or even studying,etc.....)!!

If you want to lose weight, Find a calorie chart and make up meal plans, but first eat normal and figure out how many calories you consume in a day. Normal is around 2500 with excercise. Please, if you need any help with meal plans, e-mail me at redhair487@yahoo.com.

If u think ur fat all the time cunsult a doctor if u don't then just be proud of who u are everyone is enique and different love who u are and don't check ur weight

Consult with your doctor and he or she can recommend you different things to do. Your doctor can write you out an eating plan and an exercise plan. But remember you can do it if you keep trying! Good luck!

I think that you really need help from a doctor. Dieting may not be for you because of your eating habits, but you gotta start somewhere. First you need a positive attitude about losing weight so you can kick that extreme binging on food that you do. And whatever exercise that you can do, DO IT!!
