Hello everyone,
I am over 9 stone and I look about 8 stone in my clothes I want to now if its overweight or if its average I have been trying to diet and it has worked a bit I started on monday and I have lost um... oh ueah only 1 pound but I suppose I have to be strong to do this even though in the summer I go shopping a lot and I am so tempted by chocolate!
