Ok, so im new to this whole thing. I'm 5'7" and 145lbs. See, i dont look fat but ive been doing ballet since i was 4 and im not super skinny. I just had an ankle injury and put on 20 lbs cause i was on crutches for 3 months. I really need some motivation and stuff to get going cause Im getting kinda depressed. I'm in the same boat as you right now. I started doing ballet when I was 5 (I just quit, becasue of sports). I am 5'10 and I weight 150lbs. When I was 13 I broke my foot and was on crutches and using a cam walker (big black stabelizing boot) for 2 months. I gained 20lbs while I was out of action. I am really active but I am not in the best shape since my accident. The only thing thats really been helping me loose weight is chewing sugar-free gum and jogging as much as I can.
