I weigh 145 pounds, but I exercise and eat good most of the time. Is there any way I can lose some weight at all?
Reply from Melonie, Age 12 - 05/08/03 - IP#: 68.155.240.xxx Hey, dont worry - I'm 12, 5'5, and weigh 150 lb. (I look like i weigh 110 lb) i am exersizing pretty good too. But sometimes it takes years to lose weigh. It can be really hard too. You just need to never give up. Just keep eating good and exersizing. Never give up.
Reply from Kathleen, Age 15 - 08/18/01 Hey! Maybe you're not getting the right vitamins your body needs. A while ago I started putting on a lot of weight easily although i was exercising and eating right. The only problem was that I wasn't getting ALL of the right vitamins. So now I'm on Vitamins, NOT weight loss pills and it's been helping A LOT! so maybe u should take a trip to the doctor & see if your body is getting all the vitamins it needs!
