HEY! THIS IS MY SECOND DAY ON A DIET AND SOMETIMES, AS A SNACK I GET TIRED OF EATING VEGGIES AND FRUITS... IT SEEMS ITS THE ONLY THINGS THAT YOU CAN EAT WITHOUT HAVING TO WORRY ABOUT FAT? ANY OTHER FOODS THAT ARE PURELY NON FAT JUST NIBBLE ON AS A SNACK? I WAS THINKING RICE CAKES....

There are brands of cookies and ice cream that are low fat or even fat free! Sorbet is fat free also. Good luck!

You don't have to EAT to satisfies the munchies. Chew sugarless gum and drink ice water. It makes your mouth, mind and stomach think it's eating, especially because your probably not hungary. Your just used to munching. Rice cakes stink, they make me want a huge bag of M&M's.
