hi well i weight 250 pounds and i'm ready to lose weight but its hard. its like i start and then mess up. i eat something i'm not suppose to or skip woking out.if any one has any tips on easyer ways to lose weight reply to me and help me out. because i wish i could be thiner.

I'm 20lbs over weight. I know thats a shorter road then from what you have. But EVERY pound is a challenge. Are you sure that your loosing weight FOR YOU.. or because you want to impress or show someone something? When people call people names it's because there insecure. The only advice I can give you is DON'T deprive your body of the nutrients it needs. Just cut the junk food, eat practical meals and WALK WALK WALK. Another thing, weightlifting will make you look slimmer because and it's also a known fact that muscle burns fat faster. I really hope that everything works out for you!

There are a few things you might try, when you get the munchies...chew sugarless gum. Also, drink ice water, the cold water can take the desire to eat a lot away and it fills up your tummy. Lots of water!! and last go in your room..turn on your favorite, fast moving CD and DANCE. My mom puts on the Venga Boys and I can't help it. You just gotta dance to their party songs!!!
She told me that dancing or walking for 1/2 an hour every day will really help and she's right.. I feel so much better. I'm 150lbs overweight and she makes it fun so it doesn't seem like exercising.
