I am 14 and I am 5'3" and I weigh 151. I have really muscly calves and MOSTLY muscle in my thighs but I have a fat middle area. I play soccer and run but that only helps my legs. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Yeah running helps all parts of your body. And you can also do crunches each night. Your not gonna see results over night, but deffinately in a month of doing crunches every night you'll have a flatter stomach. And crunches are easy and only take minutes.

Playing soccer is great, it'll really help and not just the legs it'll help the whole body, trust me.
