Hey everyone, I just wanted to share a couple of tips if anyone wants to try them...my main goals are getting my weight below 200, ideally around 190, and get my waist down below 40 inches, i'm at 41.5 right now, preferrably down to about 36. Anyway, my first thing is to not eat anything within 3 hours before I go to bed, from what I have heard, that weight tends not to metabolize, hence, extra weight. Also, I'm cutting out all carbonated drinks (Cokes, Sprites, that type of thing) i'm now only drinking water and milk. Third, i'm cutting back a little bit at lunch, i'm only eating two things instead of 3. I don't think drastic changes are good for people, and lastly, i'm walking 30-45 min. every day, and I hope to add some weight training soon, but i'm thinking these changes will make a big difference.
