hi i feel very depressed im 16 i weigh 10 stone im quite tall but i still look fat in area's i think it is because i started the pill a few months ago but i don't want to stop it because it sorted out my periods as before i was really iregular. I try and exercise but i find it boring i need help and support but my friends & family don't take me seriously. If u have any tips on loosing weight please reply xxx

i'm 13 and 7 stone so its me whos overweight i'm 5'5
