Please help! im 168pounds and im 5.6 . im 15 in novemember. what can i do 2 loose weight for christmas? im going 2 start a healthy eating plan on monday but i always do these and end up stopping them half way.
BREAKFAST 1 wheetabix, Diluted Orange Juice
LUNCH sandwich and any filling, pure orange juice
DINNER Anything mom makes for me and no sweet after it. Diluted orange juice AGAIN
SNACKS ( Im going 2 buy some apples on sunday so it will be a apple a day )
and then at night im going to do 50 crunches and try dancing one a day as well. I done this before and i lost 14pounds but then i gave up. Any advice on what else 2 do? and how 2 stop myself from eatind so much? because i feel like crying when i see thin people going out with boys and are so pretty and me the big fat girl out with no one. i feel so self consious 2. email me as well at Babechaz@hotmail.com with youre advice or post on here. thanks a lot.
