Hey there! I am 15 years old, 5'5, and I weigh about 150 lbs... I am really into sports and I love playing them, but when I am not at practice or in school I am sitting on the couch eating junk food. I realize that I am not hungary... and I need some advice on what I should do. Its like everytime I get bored, I open the fridge to entertain myself. Reply from Kathryn, Age 13 - 01/24/02 - IP#: 208.36.181.xxx hey dont watch tv as much, that is what makes you bored, and really try not to eat whle watching tv, it makes you eat more, true fact! listen to music and while listening do stomach crunches, if you just listen to the music you wont be concetrating on the crunches so they wont do as hard
Reply from estee, Age 11 - 10/10/01 - IP#: 24.130.17.xxx hi, i have the exact same problem. so what i started to do was eat fat free turkey cold cuts, i eat almost the whole bag whenever i just want to eat, so far ive lost 15 pounds doing so.it really works well, and u dont feel bad afterwards.
