Hi guys!I know how it feels to be overweight because even though I'am not overweight i feel fat and look fat. I'm 5'7 and weight 140 pounds. I want to reach my goal by losing 20 pounds but if i try to go on a diet i always break it and when i try to exercise i only exercise for a few days and than i stop.If any of you have have some promising weight loss tips PLEASE TELL ME, I'M DESPERATE NOW!SO PLEASE HELP ME.
