im on my christmas break, for seven more weeks, and i need to lose weight before school starts again. ive got plenty of time but i dont want to waste it on something that wont work, and i find diets that you have to count calories really hard. does anyone know a sure-fire way to lose weight, with an exericse program? i already wasted a week already, so i dont want to get started right away. please reply or email me at shecatt_27@hotmail.com if you have any ideas

It doesnt involve calorie counting, just making sure you dont go above the recommended amount of carbs each day. You can still eat alot of good stuff, just no bread or anything containing alot of carbs. My whole family just started it today and I think its actually going to work, I will let you know though.
