Hi, my name is Liz and I am 17 years old! I am 5ft 9in tall. I weigh about 210lbs. I really want to loose weight. I am a senior and my goal is to loose weight before spring break. Please help me! I need any tips you can give me. Thanks alot, Liz

hi, im a freshmen and i have a girl in my grade that is pretty overweight and her mom put her on a new diet. Instead of eating three square meals a day try eating something little every 3-4 hrs. This keeps your metabolism going and when it comes time to eat a meal your not as hungry

what seems to help for my friends is filling your house up with healthy food like fruit and veggies and no sweets. and if u get a craving for tons of snacks chew gum. keep your self busy so u don't pay any attention to food and stuff. exercize. that really should help. if u really try with no sweets u can lose alot pretty fast
