I have to loose about 7inches on my waist to be a model
I dont know how? I'm not overweight nor underweight. How can I loose it without becoming aneretsic? Please help!!!

25 or 26 is not fat!!! i'm 33 round my waist! so u don't have to say thats big!!! and by the way, the camra doesn't add 10 pounds, it's just a saying!!

hi.. hmm.. how bout situps? my waistline is a 25 or 26. kinda huge i know.. cuz i was an actress 4 a while.. but kinda quitted cos.... the camera puts on 10 pounds!

Hey...I am a little overweight myself and I use the AbRoller thingies that they show on TV and infomercials...it is the first thing that really has worked 4 me...I highly recommend it! Also taking B-1 vitamins really help you stretch and your motabalism (sp) lol ok GOOD LUCK! JESUS LOVES U!

i pretty much know what u need to be model, i am a jr.model. being a jr.model is easier then a real model, a real model u have to be a certain thiness, but jr.model u just can't be over weight and show it. modeling is pretty hard from what i hear (and some of what i do) most of them smoke so they can't eat anything (wich doesn't help you lungs at all) and some do starve themselves. u have to travel alot of places and u must be tall. i wouldn't really go into modeling, i would just be a jr.model to build up for it if u really want to be in it. it's tough though. i wouldn't lose any weight if u aren't over or under, jr.model should just take u like u r. don't worry about it unless u r at risk or are over weight.

sure you wanna be a model, its rough, real rough sometimes, i know,...everthing based on your appearance, lose weight to be healthier, and look more into the life of a model, its not at all what its cracked up to be.
