im 4'10 and 110ilbs. I can fit into my MOMS CLOTHES!!!!!!!!!! i need to lose wait!!!My mom and i share clothes. im only 10! help!!!! its soooooo embarrising when people say how tall and big i am. then my mom tells every1 we share clothes! ooo... i gotta shop in juniors size 3-5 short! HELP!! advice?? my thighs butt and stomach are huge! but my face is thin 4 sum reason. HHHHHEEEEELLLLLPPPPP~!!!!!! HHEELLPP!!! HELP! THANXS~HELP!

Reply from nicole, Age 13 - 02/07/02 - IP#: 205.188.195.xxx hey i kno xactly how u feel .. im 13 tho cept im 5 feet *sighs* anywayz i weigh 113 pounds and i used to share clothes wit my mom and she would always be like "nicole is wearing my pants today!" to like her friends or wutever and it wuz soooo annoying ! anywayz i think that u should cut down on sugar and added salt to ur dinner or lunch or breakfast... and i jus started gettin active and i rlly dont have much body FAT its all muscle... u should do somethin like that.. u kno dance or soccer or track or somethin like that.. soccer rlly RLLY works!- and since ur 10 u can play travel soon and play on a school team when u get to middle school .. and thats about it.. just a few pieces of advice.. ttyl ~*~mwahh~*~

I have been trying a diet and exersize routenes though here they are: Breckie: drink, ceral lunch: salad or fruit bowl Dinna: nething but if fattening only have a small poshion. Xersize: Dance wildly to 1 of ur fave albums 20 sit-ups and 3 push ups (if u can do em, if mot do 3 more situps) Jog on the spot 4 10 mins and u should loose weight, but if not, carry on doing it unti u see a drastic move on those scales!
