I was just wondering i f any of you knew a safe and effective diet for which i can go on. Im 12 years old, wiegh 144 pounds and 4'11 ( i know im short!). Ive asked my mom if i can go on jenny grieg (i think thats how you spell it )but my dad did it and lost all this wieght but gained it all back so she said no. I also asked her if i can join wieght watchers, again she said no. So now im asking you all, so please tell me!! :)

Yeah allisa is right. soda really puffs out ur stomach so wen ur losing weight but no inches, u no why now! By the way, gum is really useful for when u feel a craving coming on but go easy on it coz it sends air straight to ur stomach, acting like a soda. Bananas r really gud if u have a sweet tooth 2. Try rolling them in sum coconut, wrap them in foil/cling film and freeze them. Its like eating a ice lolly n takes u longer to eat it that way. Gud luk from Shelly

well, i think you should just fill up your house with only fruits and veggies and healthy stuff like that, and some non fat stuff. no sweets what so ever. chew some gum if u get "cravings" (i can't live with out gum cuzz i get cravings all the time.) it really helps.
