Hi, sup? I'm 13 and i weigh 180...im overweight i as you read. I've lost 10 lbs since I've played in the b-ball team. I need someone to give me tips on how to lose weight!!! My goal in at least 160, that would be SO COOL!!Please help me! My friends make fun of me and I want them to stop. I want to lose weight so they can hang-out with me more.

Hi! I weigh 170lbs n know exactly how u feel. Tips:
* drink big glass of water just before you eat-it fills u up
* don't keep sweets in ur house-if it aint there u cant eat it!
* tell sum1 who will support-maybe they want to lose weight 2,so do it together
* don't drink soda-apart from being bad for u anyway, the bionate soda(stuff which makes it fizz) puffs out ur stomach,even diet
* think of it as eating plan, not diet
* exercise at least 3 times a week or even better every day for 1/2 hour
