Hey, I have a question...I used to be really skinny and healthy but recently I have noticed my stomach growing :-(
It is probably because I used to hate pop but now I like it very much and I drink about 2 liters a day which is 8 cups. I realize that that is WAY too much pop, but it is soooo good. Also, I got a TV in my room about a month ago and I have been watching it quite a bit. I also noticed how much more food I eat now (healthy, and junk) but I eat much more junk than healthy food)
So here is my point..I used to be healthy, now I am the complete opposite. I am prolly going to get fatter, but what should I do now?? I am gaining weight, and I know it because all my shirts are too small and so are my pants...help please!

The same thing happen to me. I used to ne thin and healthy and now I have to wear size husky pant and large cloths. Maybe we could be diet buddoes.

yes, I am the same robby that was here awhile ago, only then I was helping ppl loose weight, now I am trying to loose weight...lol

don't worry this is completly normal (some times). like when adults get married they some times change alot of their habbits and well some also get over weight. i know that u aren't a adult, but you did change your habbits clearly. try to change them back or somthing. drinking pop isn't that bad (i do it all the time) but try diet? or pepsi one? some thing with less colories. just fill up your house with healthy food and no sweets or junk. you will get use to it again and hopefully get back into your own habbit again of eating healhty and stuff. and also join some sports or somthing
