hi there....im 15 yrs old 5'2 and i weight 68kg (thats about 150lb) i've bee yo-yoing with my weight for about 7 yrs now (i was a fat kid!) and ive gone through the whole dieting thing..... if any of you have any suggestions whatsoever for me to lose weight fast! i work out about 4 times a week.... i either go out for a walk or jog...

try balance. my weight yoyo-s too but not really that huge. the biggest was 110 about..now i am 103..

you should exercise more. add a bit of variety i mean, jogging or walking could get a bit boring! try a new sprt. i love swimming and netball-n taebo. i havnt actually tried it but i soon will. start eating healthy. good luck!
