hey all! my name is rebecca and i used to be in really good shape but then i started eating junk foods again. Tomorrow i am starting a brand new healthy diet with a lot of excersize so i can be in great shape for spring break and summer. I'm 5 feet or 5 1 (around there), about 111 pounds and really muscular, but i do have a chubby stomach.. i would jus like some tips on wut exactly i should eat, jus some new ideas.. i excersize a lot i run a mile a day and do 500 sit ups a night and i also lift weights..( not too heavy tho ) so i got the excersize down pretty much, i would jus like some help with the dieting... thx a bunch!

First of all, if you are exercising that much, you don't need to be on a huge diet. If you just eat normally (not sweets and junk food though) you should loose weight. Second of all, I would cut down on the sit-ups. I used to do 450 situps a night. I ruined my back and now I can barely manage 50. Good luck.
