Hey everybody. I feel so good about myself so far today i only consumed 480 calories. that means my dinner has to be 520 or less. i have about two hours until dinner. i'll eat my dinner at about 5:30 and exercise for an hour at 6:00 to 7:00.

i also eat 1000 cals a day. ignore those noodle squishers who say you need to consume in more. their only jeolous. goodluck!

excercise is good, but ur calories are too low, you won't lose weight unless its at least 1,200

Hey, its great that you are excercising and stuff, but 1,000 calories is too low. Try bumping it up a bit.
