And noone knows how much i eat. I eat lunch at school and not too much and then when i get home i pig out and then i pig out at dinner, have dessert and then pig out at night. I'm gaining tons of weight. I need to stop overeatingl I wat whenever I'm bored or have nothing to do. I gained 5 pounds in 3 days! I need help! Any ideas of what i could do to stop overeating? by the way I'm 5'9 and 163 pounds!
