Hey you guys! Im so angry at all of you that keep saying that you feel good because you only ate 400 cals one day! That is so unhealthy! You should eat AT LEAST 1000 cals a day! If you eat less, listen, you end up GAINING weight. not losing it! Do you hear me? I'm trying to get this message out! okay? so eat more than that and exercise more too. Go outside and have fun. then the weight will come off. :)

just because u aren't hungry doesn't mean u schouldn't eat. i bet u anything that u either ate tons the day before or just ignored the hunger, maybe even had some filling non fat things. ignoreing the hunger isn't right unless u already had 1000 coroies. and i have no clue what to say about the filling non fat things. and i understand if u ate too much the day before and wasn't hungry to eat the next day. but just try not to eat less then 1000 colories.

well if one of the people you are refering to is me and i think it is... i only ate 400 cals because i wasn't hungry after that. why should i force feed myself if i'm hungry.

I totally agree with you. I know you're right. Once when I was sick and couldn't eat, I gained 5 pounds!
