Hey you guys! Im so angry at all of you that keep saying that you feel good because you only ate 400 cals one day! That is so unhealthy! You should eat AT LEAST 1000 cals a day! If you eat less, listen, you end up GAINING weight. not losing it! Do you hear me? I'm trying to get this message out! okay? so eat more than that and exercise more too. Go outside and have fun. then the weight will come off. :)
