I'm 112 pounds... I know this may seem skinny to a whole lot of you but I have a huge stomach and monster thyes (sorry its 11:51 pm and I can't spell when I'm tired :) ) Anyone have any idea's on losing about 7 pounds? As the scottish would say,
Ach lass, you're a skinny little one. If you're so insistent on losing your "huge thighs and stomach" crunches, and squats, or try a rowing machine, also eating fruits and such will help of course, use common sense i reckon.
