Hi! I just had a great idea for a diet that maybe every one could start. First, this is called the redeem diet. Take out some paper, and draw little redeemption coupons for junk food. Say maybe, you love pizza. So, you limit yourself to 2 redeemption vouchers a month. And after you finish the free redeemption. You stop! ok? 2) Another way is to start a card with squares. For every healthy meal you eat, put a tick. After you have collected say, maybe 12 ticks, give yourself a treat! I bet it would work. If you wanna try it out, reply to this msg,
