I'm very overweight I weigh almost 245 and the 2x at wal-mart dosen't fit me. 2 weeks ago I bought a pair of size 24 jeans and now I cant even zip them up. My waist is 43 inches around and I'm only 5'3". I seem to gain about a pound or two a week and sometimes more. Every time I go to the doctor (every week to get weighed I weigh at lest 1 pounds more and last week I weighed 238 and the doctor said if I gain 20 more pounds I will have to go on a crash diet. Please help me lose weight.

i know i gain 5 pounds a week from eating chocolate,but i only weigh 360 pounds so i am not that bad and you are plenty skinny too

Laugh, live, sweat, you know what, if you appreciate nature try goin for nature hikes, dont worry if at first you cant go very far, be persistent, and guess what? try doin... 25 push ups, 100 crunches, 100 jumping jacks, 40 squats, then if you do this reward yourself, do it everyday for a month! then see what happens eh?

I know how you feel Nicola. I am too gaining 2-3 pounds a week due to stress. This is what I think you should do, everyone is different, so this might not work. But, Try going on a walk with your mom every day. You can talk and share your problems with her while you walk. It will be a great way to get to know her better, and a great way to exersise.
