Hey guys. I'm 5'6 and 155lbs. I really want to lose weight but I'm finding it hard to get myself motivated! Any tips?

Reply from Casey, Age 12 - 04/06/02 - IP#: 209.214.74.xxx I know a way to help you get motivated in to excersing, try Tae-Bo its realy great and fun. And its only 27 minutes long and you burn 400 calories in half an hour. i recremend doing the basic one.
