I weigh 190 and I'm 5'3 1/2" I wanna weigh 100 by the end of the summer, yes 90 pounds. I wanna be skinny for the beginning of 6th grede and I wanna be more attractive. What should I do because that '48 hour diet stuff' I can't get any more. I wanna be able to be a cheerleader and to be athletic. I also wanna be able to fit into an x-small juniors and wear a real pair of low-cut jeans and a real tube top. Please reply with some tips I can use to lose weight. Thankx- Nicola:-)
Reply from Meagan, Age 19 - 04/11/02 - IP#: 67.227.168.xxx I just wanted to tell you that if you're 5' 3'' (like me) your ideal weight probably isn't 100 or 90 pounds unless you have a really small frame to begin with (which I don't. Stocky, unfortunately, runs in my family). Try a more realistic number like 110 or 115 first and then go from there. Good luck!

In one year you can lose like 20-50 lbs.... it depends on the diet. Just eat healthy and excercise, and when ya get a craving for food, eat bread, chew gum or drink water... itll curb the cravings. :) My email is AMOSHER5@aol.com if ya have any questions!

Reply from Cyro, Age 13 - 04/09/02 - IP#: 65.33.195.xxx Hey, look, all those diet programs on tv, especially that 48 hour stuff, it will make you loose weight but you wont be able to tell, i used to be 5'0 132 lbs, and 4 me that was alot now im 5'0 105 lbs, dont try that diet stuff, your gonna say you've heard this before but maybee your not doing it, get plenty of exersise and make sure you eat, dont starve yourself because then you'll never loose weight, my mom is a nutritionist, e-mail me @ sweet as suga002@aol.com, and ill help you some more.
