Hi all, i havent been to the site in a while been busy with work and school. Just wanted to ask if anyone has come up with any new ways to lose weight i am 45 pounds overweight. i have alot of muscle in my legs and in my arms my weight is in my stomach. Please help me. I lost a total of 13 pounds so far but gained 3 back and i keep gainingg because i injured my back in a fall an became lazy. HELP! I am getting depressed. Im in pain and cant exercise much anymore. i stretch and do a few leg things butmy back wont let me do much more than that. I will recover soon in about 2 weeks but my work makes it worse on my back and limits me to do other stuff at home.

Exercicing is avery good way to lose weight. Just start by walking a few minutes every day, then gradualy build up
