Yeah, I'd just like to know if tea without anything in it would count the same as water, because I can do the don't eat anything past seven thing if I can drink tea. Thanks.

Tini,
Yeah green tea speeds up your metabolism which helps you burn more calories which in turn helps you to lose more weight. Also if you want to make the tea taste better but don't want to add the calories, try putting stuff like sweet and low or equal in it. They are sugar substitutes and taste just like sugar but they contain no calories so it is okay to add as much as you want to make the tea taste good. Hope this helps!

well green tea speeds up your metabloism but i dont think it counts the same as water cause some/most tea has caffine in it but theres water in it too so i dont know
