Hi, I weigh 168 pounds and I am 5'5. This is not a lie. I was weighed and measured yesterday at the doctors. He said I need to lose 43 pounds, and I am already on a diet! I practically never have junk food and I drink lots of fluids. I never skip meals because I know how dangerous that can be. I try to avoid eating and drinking fattening stuff, but it doesn't help. I have gained 13 pounds since Christmas. If anyone has any tips on losing weight-and I've already gotten the Blubber Busters tips- can you please help! (I also play basketball, and I practice soccer for over an hour every day! i am not exagerating on any of this! please help! thanks.

you say "fluids".. but what? No pop. No juices( lotsa sugar) unless its the no-added-sugar type. tea and coffee has condensed milk which is sugar-filled and fat crammed. so i guess stick with juice w/o sugar, green tea, water and diet pop. oh, for calcium, drink skim milk,

Well if you are doing all of that stuff then it is probably your meal portions... i know thats my problem. Cut down your portions about a fourth... that should help!
